Thematic Introduction

Wajibika Centre reduces disaster risks and provides timely humanitarian assistance to vulnerable communities across five counties in Kenya. Its work focuses on saving lives, protecting livelihoods (animals, crops, infrastructure), and supporting morale during crises. For over three years now, Wajibika Centre has delivered high-quality humanitarian response in disaster-prone areas, while strengthening resilience through capacity-building, vocational training, and awareness on coping mechanisms, health, hygiene, and emergency preparedness.

Objective: Reduce disaster risks by ensuring rapid response, protecting livelihoods, and empowering communities with skills for recovery and resilience with dignity.
