With a commitment to fostering holistic community transformation, Wajibika employs innovative, unconventional models that challenge the status quo and embrace collaborative partnerships. As a pioneer of the CATCH (Community Aggregated Transformation through Cooperatives and Hybrid-organization) initiative, Wajibika has successfully expanded its reach and impact across multiple levels. Wajibika Centre has strategically positioned itself for the future using the 4Es partnership model, designed to bridge the gap between communities while elevating cooperation as a key driver for sustainable development.

- Mobilizing, equipping, and empowering youth, women, and people living with disabilities to be agents of change.
- Serving marginalized communities through various communal services and establishing action research and learning mechanism.
- Strengthening the Community Engagement Vision based on the 4Es model (Engaging, Envisioning, Enabling, and Empowering) and aligning it with Wajibika's broader outreach vision, integrating it with other thematic areas.
